You retain ownership of the photos, text, and other content you share on your profile. However, by uploading or posting such content, you grant BBW: Meet, Find & Date Curvy a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the App. We reserve the right to remove or modify any content that violates these Terms or applicable laws.

8. Intellectual Property

All materials within the App – including logos, trademarks, interface design, and original content – are the exclusive property of BBW: Meet, Find & Date Curvy or its licensors.
